3D Printing Customer Services
Hi and welcome to our Printing Services & Customer Service page. Here you will find information about the 3D products that we provide and details about our customer service.
What do we offer?
We offer two types of 3D gaming printing services to people within the UK and hopefully further afield into the EU as things expand.
First Type
We offer supplies from companies that have their own market and range of products pre-printed. We get these imported into the UK.
After Brexit we noticed that people were taking big hits with import VAT & Taxes and this has been detrimental to the UK market. We have decided to take the hit for anything coming into the UK.
This means that even though our prices are a little higher, you are still cheaper in the long run as you don't have to pay certain VAT or Taxes coming in and you should get a little more for your cash (that's our aim).
Stock levels for first type
We are supplied from places like the USA and we plan to place orders on a weekly basis,
As a new business we are putting our toes into the water to test the market and see how things go. There may be times when we have little stock but as the business grows we aim to have a system in place where there is always stock available. We aim to restock every few weeks.
If the product(s) you are looking for are not available, please contact us and we will add your items to our regular stock order(s).
Second Type
We are offering a printing service on behalf of companies from around the world who are looking for additional services for their product.
We have set up accounts with leading 3D printing companies and we have exclusive rights to their STLs. We print them on behalf of the companies and sell the product to our UK and European customers. This allows these companies to expand into the UK and for us to grow as a business and hopefully pass on the product to a much needed market in the UK and further afield.
All of our printing services are done in either Resin or PLA.
And Finally....
As a small company there will sometimes be glitches and delays with products being printed.
If there is a back order we will inform you personally. As a long time gamer I know it can be frustrating when things don't go smoothly. If something does go wrong we will be open and honest with no messing about.
As a business we aim to create friendships along the way and hopefuly we can all enjoy our amazing hobby together.
